At The Clothesline Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home drying solutions. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit for your space, you can return or exchange any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the product and place it back into its original shipping box, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and components are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
